My Doctor sent me to Cornerstone for rehab for my back. And let me tell you I am sure glad I went. They had me working muscles I hadn’t worked out since my Military days. I left feeling better and more mobile. And I also want to say the Doc and staff are wonderful. And on my last day, I got a graduation cake. Because of Cornerstone, I can exercise more often. I would give 10 stars if it gave me the option. Dr. Basem is the best physical therapist I’ve ever seen, and his crew are very professional and Knowledgeable. I had a sharp pain in my neck I couldn’t move it, after the first visit I felt too much better and I was able to move normally with no pain at all. I highly recommend Cornerstone physical therapy. I was limping badly when I started now I am walking normally

I used Cornerstone Physical Therapy due to inner thigh problems. I was limping badly when I started now I am walking normally. I can also cross my right leg over my left where I had lost this due to injury. I am very satisfied with their work.

“I had a fall and suffered bilateral calcaneus fractures (fractured both heels) had surgery on both, was in casts with no weight bearing for 2+ months. I first went to Basem when I was non-weight bearing. He is very knowledgeable & easy to talk to. He instructed & directed my recovery. He gave me a multitude of exercises for range of motion & strength. Got me up walking in ortho boots then sneakers. My doctor was amazed & said my recovery was in the top 1%. Basem had me walking normally in a couple of months; my doctor said recovery could take 12-18 mo. I highly recommend Basem & totally trust him! His skill & knowledge are superb! I am very grateful to him for managing my recovery!”

“Dr Basem is amazing! After my 3rd foot surgery and being non weight bearing my range of motion was negative by 20%. Not only was he thorough, patient and attentive he did everything to get me back to normalcy. Nobody has ever put the time and work in like he did to get me back in a normal shoe and walking before. “I had a very severe torn rotator cuff and the surgery was very intense and I was told by my Orthopedic surgeon that it will take about 9 month of recovery but nothing is guaranteed. I continued my physical therapy but I heard about the class 4 laser therapy that Dr Basem’s Office was offering and I signed up for the package. To my pleasant surprise my recovery started speeding up and I swear I think I saved a good two to three months of time, if not more. The doctor told me that laser is an added benefit, that I have to keep up with my physical therapy also and he was right. Dr Basem and his staff were great to work with, very kind and caring, always kept me informed of my appointments. Just easy to work with. I highly recommend Cornerstone Physical Therapy.”
