We accept a wide range of different health insurance plans at Cornerstone Physical Therapy.

We understand that insurance can be perplexing, and we will check your health benefits before you arrive, as a courtesy to determine whether there will be a copay, deductible, or coinsurance for treatment services.

Our Fort Worth, TX physical therapy clinic also provides a private pay plan for patients who do not have health insurance or who have exhausted their benefits. Cornerstone Physical Therapy charges a self-pay fee of $145 per visit.
